The Tuesday the Boxes Arrived

- Color and version: If a program asks for pink, ask why. Sometimes it's logistics, not vanity.
- Training burden: Does the instructor's textbook use the same key sequences? If not, budget for retraining.
- Setup and support: Who handles day-one issues? What is one support call worth?
This sounds simple. It took three bad shipments, a cabinet full of unused calculators, and one pink plastic experiment to get here. I'm not 100% sure my formula covers every situation. But it would have caught my 2018 mistake before I placed the order.
